Employee Volunteering

JBF works towards promoting volunteering spirit among employees at Jubilant for various social services. Social drives conducted under this initiative are

  • Drive for collection of clothes in collaboration with ‘Goonj’, a Non-Govt Organization (NGO), for distribution amongst the needy
  • Visit ‘SOS village’, an NGO, (sheltering destitute and orphaned children) during festivals and sharing gifts with them
  • Setting up a benevolent fund ‘Ashraya’ by the employees of Nanjangud unit which is used for various community work like providing interest-free loans to SHG members to purchase sewing machines. Donating desks and tables for rural primary schools
  • Participation in various functions at ‘Muskan’ schools
  • Employee participation in relief and rehabilitation programme during emergency and disaster

Senior Citizen Felicitation Program

Felicitation program

Senior citizens with a notable contribution to improving the society are felicitated every year in Gajraula, Samlaya, Nira and Nanjangud. This programme witnesses an active participation by the experienced citizens of the society as well as Block and District level officials.
